Committee consists of of the following named roles who are elected anually President (ex-officio), Vice-President, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Immediate Past Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition to the above roles up to seven additional members of the club are elected to serve on the committee for a term of three years.
